At Moore and Co., Realtors, we believe it is of vital importance to engage with our local community through volunteer opportunities to help create a positive impact on our society. This is what Executive Broker Ashton Olsen-Smith, Moore and Co. Realtors in Russellville, Arkansas has dedicated much of her time in accomplishing. With a charismatic charm and commitment towards helping others, Smith has excelled in the Real Estate community and public at large. With over 10 million in total production sales, Smith’s passion in Real Estate has transpired to investing much of her time in local volunteer projects to improve the lives of Russellville Residents and more. Smith has been elected to serve as a member of the Russellville Board of Realtors for the 2017-2020 term, is a member of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA), and has recently been awarded the winner of the 2018 Bill Ladd Award.

 

 

Vice President of the Russellville Board of Realtors

With over 175 members, the Russellville Board of Realtors mission is to improve the business conditions of the Russellville River Valley area for the Real estate community. As a member of the board of directors since 2017, Smith is actively involved and currently holds the Vice President position of the Russellville Board of Realtors and is on the Arkansas Realtors Association Safety Committee.

“This is my livelihood, and how else can you better enjoy what you do every day other than getting involved from the ground up and diving right in hoping you leave a positive impact along the way.”

Volunteer for the Junior Auxiliary of Russellville

The Junior Auxiliary of Russellville, a chapter of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA), is a nonprofit organization founded in 1941 with over 13,500 members. The associations main focus is to improve the lives of local children and families in need through community programs and Scholarships. Smith plays an active role in the Children’s Benefit Ball Silent Auction Chair and Community Education Co-Chair.

“I cannot say enough good things about this organization and am very privileged and humbled to be a part of it. The love and compassion these ladies show for the kids of our community is so inspirational and I hope it encourages others to get out there and volunteer where they felt led to do so.”

Ashton Olsen-Smith was awarded with great honor, the 2018 Bill Ladd Award. Bill Ladd was a courageous man who was actively involved in the Real Estate industry; President of the Arkansas Real Estate Association, a Real Estate Educator, and a founding member of the Hearts and Homes Foundation to name a few. Recipients of the Bill Ladd award exemplify Bill Ladd’s life long commitment to the betterment of the Real Estate Industry and the community.

“Honored to win this award is an understatement, of course, because Bill set the bar high! I was overwhelmed with emotion that my peers thought of me.  It’s also nice to know that community service and hard work does not go unnoticed at Moore and Co., Realtors.”
