Relevant Experience & Accomplishments: Military Career – Successfully established and conducted training for National Guard and Army Reserve soldiers in Battlefield Survival, Military Occupational Skills (MOS) 11B, 11C, 11H and leadership courses for each MOS to level 4; Developed Instructors in the Military Occupational Skill (MOS) of 11C10 through 11C40 and all relative Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Courses; Developed in a one week period a MOS Qualification instructor course, for ground and tract mounted mortars; Coordinated and conducted live test fire exercises with High Explosive and Illumination of proto type ammunition developed by Pine Bluff Arsenal prior to distribution to military; Experienced in High Explosives, Land Mines, Automatic Weapons, Land navigation including GPS Devices, Mountain Warfare winter and summer courses including rope rescues, rope ladders, suspension traverse systems, rope suspension bridges, rope haul lines,mountain and ice climbing, survival shelters; Senior Instructor, supervising 6 other instructors, classroom preparation, after action reviews, course management materials and program of instruction (POI); Counseled soldiers on defining career related goals and objectives; Formulated, wrote, and implemented course orientation materials and equipment needs to conduct training as assigned by POI’s, SOP’s,and Command Staff; Hands on training and testing of each soldier attending courses; Obtained additional skill identifier as Tactical Air Operation Specialist, Helicopters, cargo drops, tactical close air support, calling for and adjustment of all indirect fire, including naval, artillery, and laser guided munitions from tactical air craft; Combat lifesaver and Instructor; Obtained Instructor designation in 4 Military Occupational Skills before retirement.  Management/Supervision: Supervised classroom and field training of soldiers and staff of 25 to 120; Part of a national mobile training team; Coordinated and Supervised Regional Training Sites throughout the United States; Trained, supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement to individual skills; Involved in Indirect Fire Infantry Mortarman course certification by Ft.
